ONE BLVD. consists of warehousing, shopping retail and exclusive entertainment center. Every warehouse has WO.HO. as the concept (WO.HO.= Warehouse Office, Home Office). The shop retail is lifted up approx. 45cm to rise the facade and enlarge the face of this area, giving grandeur effect from the entrance while the front plaza in the commercial area makes a great eventful space.

The layout guarantees how effective the space can be with every dimension being measured carefully; not too big for the circulation, but pretty comfortable to move around, not too small to feel suffocated, but enough for every single movement.
