Feely, the owner, wants a mini mixed use building consists of boarding house, her own house, a piano gallery and mezanine area for music courses. This design is the first building in the area with this concept, a hybrid of co-residential house, an iconic ‘creature’ of it’s species.

The form itself isn’t iconic by emotion, but by design: trianglic geometry around it’s facade is an anticipation towards the strong daylight and at the same time transforms it’s architecture into a new creature, a solemn institute.
