Ammeera is a three stars hotel with 180 room bays and GRAPARI office for Telkomsel in the heart of Tarakan. This project stands in one of the developing city of Kalimantan. Surrounded by urban-rural transition city like Tarakan means the project surrounded by tropical vegetations like coconut trees and 3-4 level buildings.

To balance the feature of the city, Ammeera’s design needs to be distinct. Simple geometry and modern material was proposed for the design. Large glass facade, concrete walls, mixed with the idea of Telkomsel’s identity by simply arrange new red pattern in the typical floor facade turns rural surroundings into 21st century city vibe.
